With a maximum 2 hour response time (during office hours), and the normal response being under 10 mins, Only IT can manage your servers and workstations remotely.
The remote management & assistance price can include operating system updates and backup management, and all our packages come with antivirus & antispyware software.
Work that cannot be carried out remotely will require an on site visit which is chargeable, but the advantage is you only pay for an engineer when you need one.
